Gerald is our President and in house attorney. He has practiced law in and around Mills County for over 40 years and is certified in residential and farm and ranch real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His experience is a valuable asset in solving real estate problems.

Escrow Officer
Marianne is a licensed escrow officer by the Texas Department of Insurance. She coordinates closings and conducts the day to day operations of the office. With 20 years of experience she is very knowledgeable and helpful with closing matters.
Brenda Geeslin
Abstractor
Brenda is our plant abstractor and helps with various office duties. She learned indexing skills from working for years in the office of the county clerk and is a great help in keeping our abstract plant accurate and reliable.
