About Us
Our president, Gerald G. Hale, is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, board certified in Residential Real Estate Law and Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Gerald has practiced law for over 25 years and has worked through many different types of problems which arise in real estate closings. He grew up in Mills County and is familiar with the area and people. He will be happy to offer his experience to help make your transaction close as smoothly as possible.
Marianne Gaspar is our office manager. She has been with Hale Title, Inc., since 1999 and handles the day to day scheduling and coordinating of closings, as well as keeping up with the current status and progress of files. Marianne's experience allows her to explain a sometimes complicated process in an easily understandable manner.
